Proposed Lambeth-wide Controlled Drinking Zone

At the last ward panel meeting, it was mentioned that Lambeth are considering turning the borough into a controlled drinking zone to help address alcohol related anti-social behaviour. This would give police SNTs powers to address the problems more efficiently.
