Criminalisation of Khat, the area is becoming worse because if it's use. The shops & restaurants on Streatham High Road/Gleneagle road are all trading it. This is illegal and correct meausres are not being carried out.
6 Tonnes of this are flown into Heathrow every week, and taxi's are courriering it around. If we wish to reduce our carbon emissions this could be a start!
